当店の朝食はお客様のご予約時間に合わせて３０分前から土鍋ごはんを炊き上げております。キャンセルや変更の場合は、遅くともご予約時間の３０分前までにご連絡いただきますようお願い申し上げます。１１月から毎日のように無断キャンセルがあり、非常に困っております。悪質な方は次回からのご利用をお断りさせていただきます。

ご予約はお電話でのみ承っております。ネット予約、またメッセージ等でのご予約は受け付けておりません。あらかじめご了承下さいませ。

また、お電話をかけていただく際は、通話環境・電波状況の良い場所からおかけいただきますよう重ねてお願い申し上げます。新幹線車内、駅ホーム、高速道路、トンネル内、工事現場周辺等はご遠慮下さい。

Since we start cooking breakfast according to your reservation time, if you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us at least 30 minutes before your reservation time.

We only take reservations by phone. We do not accept online reservations or reservations by message.

Also, when you call us, please do so from a location with good calling and reception conditions. If someone calls from inside a bullet train car, on a station platform, on a highway, in a tunnel, or around a construction site, we cannot hear them.
